• Teleperformance is currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, energetic, and cheerful team member.

Job Description:

• The candidate will be responsible for assessing emotional and behavioral issues of employees within the company and providing counseling,
• Providing support to employees in crisis situations,
• Collaborating within the team to provide the best service to employees,
• Supporting employees in increasing motivation through constructive feedback,
• Designing employee motivation programs.

Position Requirements:
