Position: Waiter/Waitress

Key Functions:

• Preparation of F&B department for operation including setting up tables, decorating the surrounding, light cleaning and other specified tasks;
• Take care of guests from arrival to leaving the outlet according to standards;
• Accept and provide guests' meal and drink orders, and, if possible, sell escorted products (services) in accordance with established standards;
• Ensure that all sales transactions are properly registered in Micros cash system, comply with the procedures for issuing, canceling or adjusting checks in the F&B department;
• Inspection of the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
• Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year relevant experience in a similar capacity;
• Previous experience in cash handling;
• Excellent communication and active listening skills;
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an advantage;
• Good guest service skills;
• Teamwork-oriented;
• Able to perform in different shifts, including working on weekends and public holidays.
