What You Will Be Doing:

• Design and implement strategies to ensure the high availability of Birbank Business, minimizing downtime and maximizing reliability. Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to establish redundancy, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery plans.
• Implement and manage performance monitoring tools, with a focus on the Apdex (Application Performance Index) standard, including user experience monitoring.
• Define and own the technology architecture of corporate banking.
• Govern the technology budget, ensuring the cost-effective design, development, and deployment of technology solutions related to corporate banking;
• Lead and mentor a high-caliber team of engineering professionals to cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with fellow senior business and technology leaders to synchronize technology strategies with the company's business objectives;
• Own and continuously improve delivery performance metrics. (Time to market, Time to lead, time to cycle) and share responsibility for successful execution of key business epics.
   

Tələblər:
Skills:

• Over 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry;
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying scalable, high-availability systems;
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards relevant to the banking industry;
• Proficiency in application performance monitoring tools, including implementing and managing Apdex scores to ensure application performance meets or exceeds set thresholds;
   

Knowledge 
Technology stack (not exhaustive) that you’re expected to handle:

• Integration layer: solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ;
• Container technology: Docker Engine, Container Registries, Kubernetes, Service Mesh;
• Gravitee, IAM Keycloak;
• Custom-built BPM solutions based on Camunda;
• CI/CD pipeline: Jenkins, Sonarqube, Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible, Junit, Postman, Selenium JMeter;
• Hybrid cloud: combining AWS and on-premises VMware infrastructure;
• Application Performance Monitoring solutions Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, ELK stack;
• Languages&Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Node JS, Spring Cloud, Express Nest JS;
