We are currently seeking additional support member to join our team.
The ideal and successful candidate will be a problem-solver who takes pride in their work and has a genuine love for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to product
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints
• Collaborating with other team members to improve the product and customer experience

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills in English
• Previous experience in a customer support role (Optional)
• Experience with web development / digital technologies (Optional)
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• Desire to communicate and help people

Benefits:

• Salary of 800 AZN (net)
• 5 days in the office, 6th  day remote
• Working hours between 10:00 – 19:00 with a 2-hour lunch break from 13:00-15:00
