Summary of Responsibilities:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Oversees and develops marketing campaigns (conducts research and analyses data to identify and define audiences, devises and presents ideas and strategies)
• Writes and proofreads creative copy
• Directs photographers commissioned to take pictures of guests, shows and events etc.
• Monitors and updates information and content of hotel’s website and other digital platforms of the hotel
• Ensures all marketing promotional literature is current and updated
• Provides all administration duties for the Marketing office
• Maintains and updates digital photographs/slides library
• Manages posts and campaigns on social media
• Drafts press releases in cooperation with the Director of Sales & Marketing
• Assists with promotional activities
• Handles PR related requests
• Cooperates with bloggers and influencers
• Analyzes and evaluates performance of marketing and promotion campaigns on regular basis, compiles the monthly marketing report
• Other duties as assigned

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

Qualifications:

• Previous marketing experience in hospitality is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Be creative and innovative
• Well-groomed at all times to maintain a professional impression of the hotel
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Have excellent Azerbaijan and English written and verbal communication skills (as must), Russian (would be beneficial)
• Be very proficient in Microsoft applications
• Extremely proactive with all activities to support the hotel
