ESN Azerbaijan - Call for Local Trainers for "Development of the Digiuth Online Learning Platform with Experience of V4 Countries" Project 

Would you like to reach out to thousands of youth and share your knowledge with them through an online platform? Then this is the oppotunity for you!

Erasmus Student Network Azerbaijan is thrilled to introduce you to an unparalleled opportunity that promises to enhance your skills and shape the future of youth. We are looking for 30 passionate and motivated individuals to become local trainers for our project called "Development of the Digiuth Online Learning Platform with Experience of V4 Countries" funded by the International Visegrad Fund. The project is being implemented by Erasmus Student Network Azerbaijan and co-organized by NGOs from Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary.

Digiuth is an online learning platform that helps the youth discover and develop their youth work, interpersonal, business, education, technology-related, and creative skills through video courses prepared by young professionals. The main goal of the project is to create a professional learning platform in which everyone will be able to enrich their knowledge and skills in a wide spectrum of topics ranging from technology to entrepreneurship. Digiuth is a social project which focuses on building a international online training portal where the youth all around the world particularly from Azerbaijan, Eastern Partnership and Visegrad Group Countries may enroll in various courses for free. The main goal of the project is to create a professional learning platform in which everyone will be able to enrich their knowledge and skills in a wide range of areas such as technological competences, social entrepreneurship, public speaking, business communication, etc. without any barriers. The program also focuses to educate youth about effective job seeking and career-building ways. By participating in this project, you will have the opportunity to get international experience, become the pioneers of digital transformation in the youth sector of Azerbaijan. Selected 30 trainers will be divided to 4 groups and each group will be trained in 2 topics selected from the course offerings: Essentials of Effective Leadership, Talent Management and HR, Introduction to Media and Communication, How to Develop a Startup, Principles of Sustainable Development, Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing and Engagement, Personal Branding. The training will be delivered by the experts of the partner NGOs from Visegrad Countries in September – December 2023 on online format. Each training will last for 20 hours consisting of 10 sessions. Once the training sessions will be over, based on the activeness and qualifications, 8 trainers out of 30 will have a chance to deliver online courses in Azerbaijani to be uploaded on the digital learning platform and get the reward of 300 EUR. However, all of the participants will be required to allocate time and effort in the development of course contents and materials both in English and Azerbaijani. In order to apply for the project, teaching experience is not mandatory you just have to be passionate and motivated about teaching and have faith in the successful implementation of the project to become the pioneers of positive change.

Requirenments:

Public Speaking, self-confidence; presentation skills, English (at least B2); Azerbaijani (C1/C2 or Native). responsibility. flexible schedule; interest in at least 2 of the courses provided; relevant background in the selected courses is preferred.
