Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the company’s objectives
- Design programs to address business needs relating to team building, leadership development and managerial skills improvement
- Partner with business leaders to provide customized training solutions
- Assess the success of the development plans and modify where necessary
- Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops
- Provide guidance in the administration and interpretation of survey results
- Track budgets, negotiate contracts, build and maintain relationships with third-party training providers
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness; support the team’s analytics and reporting efforts
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

What we are looking for:

- Proven experience as an L&D manager or organizational development manager
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Project management and organizational skills
- Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills with clients and colleagues
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and a track record of success in partnering with business leaders
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, Management or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems related with L&D (preferably experience in implementation of ERP system)
- Ability to focus on critical issues, balance competing priorities and balance multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
