We are looking for a Business Development Associate who will be responsible for conducting market research, engaging with real estate agencies, potential users, and partners, and providing valuable insights to support our growth and product development.The successful candidate will be a smart, adaptable individual who understands our product and goals and is willing to learn and improve themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the real estate industry.
• Engage with real estate agencies through calls, surveys, and interviews to gather valuable feedback.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners and clients.
• Collaborate with the team to understand the product and its goals thoroughly.
• Work closely with the product team to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Analyze survey data and market insights to provide actionable recommendations.
• Present findings through Excel reports or presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, economics or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and a willingness to work in a startup environment.
• Ability to understand and align with our product vision and goals.
• Prior experience in business development, market research, or a related field is a plus.
