Öhdəliklər:

• Prepare detailed analysis by understanding business requirements;
• Document relevant business processes and flows at technical and business levels;
• Establish communication between technical and business teams;
• Prepare proposals for project and process improvements;
• Coordinate the definition and validation of system and software requirements;
• Create data analytics and process models (according to BPMN or other standards);
• Support project management using Kanban or Scrum methodologies;
   

Tələblər:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a process expert, business analyst or similar;
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML or other modeling standards;
• Experience with tools such as Draw.io, Camunda or Bizagi;
• Experience with Agile methodology is an advantage;
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills;
• Technical knowledge of English, Russian is desirable;
• Support the team in terms of product readiness for technical and business testing
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence;
• Familiarity with API contracts, understanding the request response model;
• Experience with Postman, SOAP tools;
• Business experience in scoring, retail and micro lending is desirable;
