• This is a technology leadership role with accountability for the full product management lifecycle of a new suite of products as well as the team responsible for delivering it. It is a high profile role and you will be working with business leaders and partners across the organization (to C-level) and will need strong business and technology experience in the finance domain to be successful in this role.
• You will have worked previously in an Agile organization, will have a strong understanding of product management, and the ability to lead, develop and inspire an Agile delivery team of analysts, SMEs, developers, architects and data analysts.

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Lead configuration and maintenance of data engineering and ETL tools (e.g., ODI, DataServices, SSIS), Big Data engineering tools (e.g., Hadoop, Kafka, etc.); 
• Lead internal and external technical development teams, including developers and engineers;
• Manage critical 3rd party technology relationships and decide how and when to integrate 3rd party partners / solutions;
• Support selection and implementation of data technologies;
• Develop & manage the technology roadmap (e.g., requirements, resources, time, cost, quality, risks, and communications for product);
• Provide direction to the development team on technical trade-off's;
• Develop and maintain data interoperability standards and interfaces;
• Ensure compliance and follow-up on data consumption needs with all business stakeholders;
• Work with product owner and business stakeholders to prioritize the product back-log using various techniques;
• Maintain business information model and data flow model together with data governance team;
• Define standards for metadata, data administration and data lineage tracking together with data governance team;
• Create processes for data lifecycle management together with data governance team;
• Project Management certificates are beneficial;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Knowledge of Finance/Insurance market is preferable.
