• Determining Company’s ERP needs via communication and working on staff requests, business process analysis, and observations;
• Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements;
• Liaise with ERP providers;
• Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration;
• Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance;
• Providing ERP end-user training and technical support;
• Creating database entries, accounts, developing reports, etc. at the request of the line manager;
• Assist Finance and Operational departments to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary;
• Assist Company users in various projects to improve the productivity of business processes;
• Documenting ERP processes and providing deployment progress updates to management if needed;
• Maintain security structures in ERP and provide/control user access;
• Developing walkaround solutions for end-users in the areas not yet covered in ERP;
• Other tasks from line manager.

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Knowledge of Infor SUN Systems ERP.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes, and ERP development tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good organizational skills and knowledge of the relevant processes within the company 
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
• Specialization in business administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of Info SUN Systems ERP or similar.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as an ERP consultant.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes, and ERP development tools.
