Key responsibilities and Requirements will be as follows :

• Taking and concluding customer calls on time
• Providing information to the customer
• Finding solutions to customer queries & problems
• Building trust with customers by giving them such great service, ensuring service and quality level expected
• Providing qualified service with positive and good-humored approach and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Sustaining a good attendance record and a plan to be on-time to work, every day
• Native Azerbaijani & Advanced English ( or 6.5 IELTS Score, IELTS level must have been issued within the last year)  or Russian knowledge
• Able to work in shifts
• Able to work from home
• Smooth and clear diction
• Ability to use computer and multiple screens effectively
• Strong persuasive skills
• Stress management
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Energetic and good-humored personality
• Ability to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changes in processes and tools as they happen
• Ability to stay cool when things are busy, and keep things moving, so you can help as many customers as possible
