Chapter Lead of Credit Rısk Analysts in Business Risk Technology tribe you will be responsible for the development of credit risk analysts team and also delivering valuable insights in the development of Micro and SME business credit risk scoring models and optimization of underwriting processes.

People

• Participate in the recruitment of new credit risk analysts
• Provide continuous coaching and mentoring by clarifying job responsibilities, setting performance expectations through the establishment of goals and job competencies, identifying skill gaps, creating development plans and evaluating performance
• Collaborate closely with development, data science and business analytics teams across the organization

Technical

• Act as a senior credit risk analyst by providing technical guidance in your chapter working with technologies like SQL, Python and visualization tools
• Support with development of credit underwriting rules for Micro & SME Business customers;
• Support with PD scoring models development to determine credit limits for Micro & SME Business segment;
• Developing revenue forecasting models for Micro Business segment;
• Defining the working environments of the scoring models and managing the technical application of the modelling results;
• Managing the technical implementation of rating scoring models developed for SME customers.
• Work with the product owners to prioritize business and information needs, and accordingly implement them into an analytical approach

About You

• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Ability to work within a team;
• Reasonable thinking and analytical skills;
• Strong time management;
• Higher education in Economics, Finance or Maths;
• 4 years’ of experience in credit risks and at least 1 year of experience in managerial role.
• Experience in working with SQL, Python, Tableau.
