Job Title: Senior Ads Specialist

Location: Remote

Department: Marketing

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a talented and driven Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, analytics, and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:
• Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed KPIs and ROI targets.
• Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

Strategy and Planning:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their behavior and preferences.
• Create and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.

Creative Development:

• Work closely with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Ensure all ads align with brand guidelines and convey the desired messaging effectively.

Optimization:

• Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, ad placements, and creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Compliance:

• Ensure all advertising activities comply with platform policies and regulations.
• Monitor ad quality and relevance scores, making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Experience:
  - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising or a related role.
  - Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Skills:

  - Proficiency in using advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  - Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills:
  - Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  - Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
  - Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
