Requirements:

• Education: High education
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years related experience
• Language: Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (fluent), English (elementary)

Professional/Personal skills:

• A good sense of responsibility and etiquette
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Highly personable
• Flexible and mature approach with the ability to work unsupervised and outside of working hours

Job Description:

• Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
• Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
• Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems, video surveillance, access control systems etc.
• Maintain system efficiency.
• Ensure the design of the system allows all components to work properly together.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Maintain network and system security.
• Evaluate and modify the system's performance.
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
• Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems.
